The cons of dating a professional athlete. Help!?
My boyfriend is a professional athlete and plays for the NFL. We’ve been together for 10 months. I am the longest relationship he’s ever been in. He is great, tells me he loves me and always talks about the future with me. When I met him he was a rookie so no one really knew who he was. However now he is modeling, hosting parties, appearing in magazines and always surrounded by very gorgeous women. I am known for being a very confidant woman but I am starting to feel very very insecure as his fame raises. I am happy for him and really want the best for him but I am living in constant fear that he will eventually find some hot girl and leave me 
. I am more of a conservative girl and I consider myself very pretty and smart. Should I really be worried?? I need help. I don’t want to give up because he really hasn’t given me a reason to leave him, Its my own insecurities that are killing me. I love this man. Also I am not a groupie. I met him through a friend.
Nothing is ever going to be guaranteed in life. If you continue to have these insecure feelings they could spill out into your relationship and that alone can drive you apart. You fell in love with this man before the fame and all other things. He knows this and im sure knows that 99% of the women he will met see dollar signs. When a man knows he has a good women he will do anything and everything to keep her and keep her happy. (my bf tells me this all the time) I know its got to be very difficult but you have to trust that he LOVES YOU if he didn’t he would have already been gone. Without trust and security you are setting up your relationship for failure.
