Why is interacial dating between white women and Black men so common in the United States?

This isn’t intended to be a disrespectful question. I am just curious as to why do white women like to date Black men when the studies show there is a majority of Black men are under employed and financially unstable. It would seem that a white woman would prefer to be with a white man who is better able to maintain her.
Interracial dating between any race of people is not all that common anywhere in the world contrary to popular belief. As for white women dating black men, there are many reasons why:
1. Rebellion
2. It’s become socially acceptable to have a black bf while young. You see it in movies, tv shows, etc all the time so no stigma attached to it for high school and university age people;
3. They grow up in predominantly black neighborhoods and that’s what’s around;
4. They fell in love;
5. They’re not worried about being maintained by a man as they are able to maintain themselves…though it doesn’t follow that just because a man is black he’s broke or just because a man is white he’s rolling in it. Should I assume that every Asian woman I see is only interested in the man she’s with in so far as he can ‘maintain’ her but will be out of the door the second he can’t?
Why don’t you ask one of them the next time you see one walking with her bf?

There seems to be an increase of White females that are being quite agressive in persuing an Interracial relationship with Black men. What is it that White females see in Black men that Black females just don’t see? Black females are making easy for the CLEAN UP WOMAN!

I mean the numbers are staggering! A white woman is more than four times as likely to date a black man, than a black woman is to date a white man.
Why do you suppose that is???
im black i dont mind dating white men.. maybe it just depends on where you live.

Does anyone remember when they were a kid (esp. In england) you would never see this! I once asked my mum if she would date a white guy and she said no they just dont do it for her and black women usually see white guys as weak but my dad said he would date a white woman in a heartbeat.
But as I have got older I see tons of black women with white guys these days.
Anyone else finding this?

Yes, I am starting to see alot more black women and white men coming together.
Not all black women date white men for the money. Not all white women date black men for the money.
