How do I tell my parents I want to date this girl?

So there is a girl who is 1 grade above me. I am in 7th and she is in 8th. I really want to date her but I am not allowed to date yet. How do I tell my parents that I feel like im ready?
Well, parents know what best for you, if they don’t allow you first then i guess you should obey them but if you really like to you can talk to them about your feelings. Tell them why and how can you say that you are now ready to date a girl and of course whatever may happen you are bound to your decision, meaning to one to blame but you.
However, if you are having had time is approaching girls for a date or that girl you want to date with. You can ask help here.
I need ideas to date a girl without my parents knowing?

Me and this girl really like each other. We have planned to go to the movies on Sat. My parents would only let me go if there were more people then just me and her. I am planning on just saying that I am going to meet everyone there, and really just meet her there. If anyone has any better ideas please let me know. I need this ASAP cause the date is coming up.
Don’t worry bout your parents, no guy should be denied of this right.. unless ofcourse your parents are strict and have punishments. Or if they find out, just say everyone exept her cancelled at the last moment.
