How do I date a girl without my parents knowing?

I’m 13 and in 7th grade. I really like this girl and want to ask her out. But I can’t because my parents won’t allow me to date or have a girlfriend (my parents are muslim). Everyday my friends ask me "Are you going ask her?" or "Have you talked to HER about…". How do I go out with her without my parents, my sister, or any of my family knowing? By the way, my family is very strict and overprotective.
My parents are the same way, and I’m 15. It’s annoying because I have to sneak around and lie about things a lot. It’s ridiculous that I have to do stuff like that, because I don’t like lying, but really, it’s not even good parenting to shelter your child like that. So just go for it! Ask her out, but know how to lie…haha.
