Either way, you don't owe her nothing but courtesy, and she owes you nothing else than courtesy. And why are you sticking to just one girl at a time? You're not REALLY dating her, you're not engaged. Do you just have one friend at a time? Do you just go out with one friend at a time? She's not even your girlfriend, so you're not bound by a promise to just chat with one girl at a time. Also, move offline as soon as possible. Online chats are poor substitutes for real life contact, flesh and blood. Use your online contacts to schedule offline meetings, as in Real Life. Have as many contacts rolling as you can concilliate with your offline life (work, school, leisure, whatever). If your prospective doesn't call you back, it's no problem since you've already got 20 other lined up. I would say send her one more casual email about something general (not asking her why she hasn't emailed you back) and then see what happens.
