ahh i dont think they are paying much attention to the race as much as they are to the A-G-E. ur looking at it in a wrong way and i know u know that thats not the reason why they are staring and u know black and white relatioinships are common.
i just wanna know how on god’s green earth can u date someone who is 17 years older than u? i would not care if i saw a good looking 45 year old woman and had a nice personality that fits me the age would still be a factor. u must have been desperate to date someone that much older than u.

Most people are saying age I’m saying that people haven’t seen BW/WM relationships that much. I get a lot of stares from people because my boyfriend’s asain and I’m black. His parents don’t like that we’re together but they don’t show it.Honestly i really don’t care because people need to start realizing that it’s not color that matters.

Black women/white men couples are nothing new to me….. I’m part of such a couple and so are my friends. However, the thing I dont like is the huge age gap, but I cant tell people what age they should date. I’m just saying as a 24yr old black woman, I wont date a white guy who’s over 32 at the most. I typically prefer them to be under 30.

Black/white couples are common. I see them all the time. My husband (who is white) will be 40 this July and I’m 28. We have one child between the two of us. I don’t notice any stares but I think he does every now again. Just as long as your fella makes you happy and is someone you think you’d like to marry – keep dating him! A good guy is worth keeping!
