How to date a guy that doesn’t really like having girlfriends?

I’ve been talking to this guy for awhile but word has it that he doesn’t like girlfriends because he hates them calling him and asking him where he is 24/7 type thing. Is there anyway to get him out of these thoughts so maybe I could date him?
Any tips would help..thanks!
