Real confidence is only gained with success, but if you dont gain success then you cannot just work on building confidence without ever faking it. You cannot go to school like you are learning a trade and acquire real confidence as if it is a skill. Instead you learn the skill of mimicking confidence, then you succeed in your efforts which produces real confidence at which point you no longer have to try or think about it.

You cannot “just” be “more confident right away”. THAT is precisely the problem with generic advice from magazines (and youtube videos) who give useless statements like “be confident”. A person who lacks confidence is not just sitting around watching videos and realizing. “OH! That’s what I was doing wrong this whole time. I should have been confident. See, and I thought I was Not supposed to be confident. Well le’me just change that. Okay done, problem solved.”

This is poor advice …
This is poor advice. There are actual mannerisms and behaviors of people who are confident which a person can learn in order to “fake it ’til they make it”. She gives no legitimate examples of methods to behave and look as though you are confident. Music that gets you pumped up is useless when your confidence will whither a way in an instant after approaching a woman. If instead, you learn proper behavior and practice it, it will be engrained in you until you become confident for real.
