You meet a guy.
You are interested in him.
At your leisure you go to his home for the first time.
Do you prefer that for this first date, at his place,
he has cleaned and re-arranged everything to give
the impression that he is very neat and organized?
Or would you rather see his place for the first time
in its natural state the way he always keeps it which
would likely be a bit sloppy or disorganized
(assuming that this is natural for him)?
A little sloppiness is fine, but dirty dishes in any place but the sink and old food boxes is where I draw the line.
Even without it, a stench in the apartment is a deal-breaker.
Think about it from my perspective: if I’m eventually going to have sex with this guy, I’d want it to be with someone whom I didn’t have to ask if he bathed that day. Dirty, unwashed penis going up inside of another person is asking for a urinary tract infection.
