Would it be weird for a black girl to date an asian guy?

Because my guy friend/crush asked me out, he’s asian and I’m black, but I feel that it might be weird if we did. He’s not full asian his mom is but his dad is white/mexican mix, but still. I told my friends about it and now they are calling me asian-lover and saying I have yellow fever, but really I just like him a lot and we have been friends since like 7th grade( we are freshmen in high school now). I do want to date him, but I’d be conscious of what people think. I don’t think there has ever been an asian guy/black girl couple at my school, there’s a two black guy/asian girl, but never the other way. So seeing that would be new to people plus word spreads around my school fast.
Also yes I know I’m young, so i don’t need people lecturing me on staying in school and to stop worrying about relationships, I already make good grades(:

my sister is black and her boyfriend (since highschool) is asian (Cambodian)!!!
they are SO CUTE TOGETHER.

So i met this girl that likes metal im thinking about asking her to go with me to a concert
if it is something that you are sure she enjoys, than go for it. I think she would appreciate that you have picked up on the fact that she likes it. I wouldn’t advise taking a girl who doesn’t already like it because it isn’t something that everyone enjoys. Good luck!

We have been small talking little things here and there. I have not talked to her in two days because I dont want to bother her. She did say she wanted to go out again, but I am not sure. Should I text her back or just wait for her to text back. I am also concerned that if I dont keep in contact she will lose interest. Please any advice from a girl would help. Thank you.

Like I’m a guy and I’m 19 I’m just curious when you take a girl out on a date and it goes well how do I kiss her? Just lean in a MUA or ask her what?
bru, never EVER ask to kiss a girl.. you ask a girl exactly 2 things in this life: for her hand in marriage and to make you a damn samwich. Just lean in, own the moment.. let her know that she is YOURS and that kiss belongs to you!
I don’t actually think treating women badly is a good idea, it’s not and they deserve respect, but girls LOVE SWAG AND CONFIDENCE. and to have that sometimes you have to think of them poorly in your mind to make it work. DTDT (do the damn thing)
