Do Latin Men Like dating African American Women?

Hello, this question is addressed to any one who can answer it! I am a subscriber to the Yahoo personals and I recently starting actively looking for guys to date. My preference at this time is African American men and Latino men. One day I took the time to check out a lot of the Latino men’s profile and I noticed that most of them had listed that they would date any race except for African American women. Of course this isn’t all, but at least 85-90% of them. My question is did AA women do something to lose our cool people card? Are there rumors being spread about us that we are unapproachable? I don’t know if I’m being sensitive but I was kind of hurt by this. I feel like we get no love! Can someone please answer these questions for me I would greatly appreciate it!
Well, I never thought that the Latino men weren’t attracted to AA women based on skin tone I thought it might be based on something else. Is it because a lot of us are cut fuller or because a lot of us aren’t heavily into sports or other recreational activities. I just feel like no really wants us.
Hey that sucks! I never knew it was like that. But hey if that is their preference then who are we to judge? There are certain races that I would probably not date. I usually only go for black men and this little revelation just pushes me closer to my own kind

it depends if he can work it and make it look good. unless he’s really ill and that’s the reason why he doesnt have hair. but appearances shouldnt be the main reason why ur dating this guy. personality is most important.
Guys do you call the girl the day after a date? Girls do you get a call from your date the next day?

Either to say just a hello or thanks or feedback on how they thought the date went or whatever. Is it bad if they don’t call?
I won’t have sex after a date. So, I would. That is, of course, if she hasn’t managed to turn me off in some way.
Why do people have a problem with black women dating white men? Why the double standard?

I understand everyone has a preference and when black men can date white women, no one judges them but when you reverse it, the black women who date white men are always criticized. I’m a black woman who has always dated white men. For some personal reason, they have always been more attractive to me. People say that there is no difference, but when you are from mixed cultures, you tend to stick with the culture that most appeals to you mentally, physically, socially, sexually, and emotionally. I’m thinking of writing a book to support black women who choose to be with white men and need real stories and insight from real people!
So I’m interested to know the answer the to eternal question of "WHY?"
I think we have the same opinion on this issue, as do many other black women who date interracially. As a black woman who dates white men, pretty much exclusively (hey thats all Im attracted to) I have encountered quite a lot of situations where I face criticism for dating interracially or having a preference, both romantic and sexual, for white men. Its sad to say that most of the criticism I have encountered so far has been from black people….. mostly black men. I think people who oppose interracial relationships are racist, insecure and/or jealous. I have no problem seeing a black guy and a white woman together, so why are those same black guys and sometimes white women, having a problem seeing me with my boyfriend who is white? I have thought about writing a book as well about this issue, but its going to be from a different cultural perspective, being that I am Nigerian, however, I will fuly support any book that encourages black women to expand their dating options.
